To submit an article, first register on the conference homepage and in the user panel, you can pay the conference fee according to the conference fee schedule and upload the article file in the article submission section.
A certificate of presentation with the names of all authors will be given to the presenter after the paper is presented in the relevant session (oral/poster).
Participation in the conference is only possible for registered participants.
Please note the following points before compiling and submitting the article:
- Articles must include new findings on the conference's thematic areas and must not have been previously published.
- Articles must be prepared and organized according to the guidelines available on the conference website.
- Articles that do not comply with the aforementioned templates will not be submitted for review.
- Articles must be submitted in English for the conference.
- If at any stage, fraud or research misconduct is proven in relation to an article, the article in question will be removed from the conference program and proceedings, and the consequences of this matter will be borne by the authors of the article.
The author submitting the article must undertake that:
1- The submitted article is the result of his (and colleagues') research work, and in cases where the research achievements of others have been used, the specifications of the sources used have been included in accordance with the usual criteria and procedures.
2- The submitted article (or its translation) or an article with significant overlap with this article has not been previously presented in any journal or conference and is not being evaluated for another journal or conference at the same time.
3- All authors of the article are fully aware and satisfied with all scientific contents, as well as the order in which their names, details, and professional affiliations are placed in the article. If at any time it is proven that anything contrary to the above is true or that any fraud or research misconduct has occurred in relation to this article, the consequences will be borne by them, and the conference secretariat is authorized to treat them (and their colleagues) in accordance with the rules and regulations, and in such case, it will not have any claims.
